What clock-in methods does Ficha.Work offer?+
We offer three methods: manual clock-in with GPS recording from phone or web, NFC base proximity clock-in installed in your office, and automatic schedule-based clock-in with employee confirmation.
Is time recording mandatory in Spain?+
Yes. Since May 2019, Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires all companies to record their employees' work hours, with data retention for 4 years.
Can Ficha.Work be used from a mobile phone?+
Yes. Ficha.Work has a mobile app for Android and iOS, plus full access from any web browser.
What happens if an employee forgets to clock in?+
The employee can request a correction (incidencia) from the app. The manager receives the request and approves or rejects it, maintaining a complete audit history.
Can I see who is currently clocked in?+
Yes. The company dashboard shows in real time which employees have an open entry (are working) and who has already clocked out. You can also view the daily summary for any worker.
