Can I use Ficha.Work from a browser and from my phone?+

Yes. Ficha.Work works as a web application accessible from any browser and also as a native app for Android and iOS. Data syncs in real time across both platforms.

Can schedules be customized for each employee?+

Yes. You can create as many schedules as you need (split shifts, continuous shifts, rotating shifts) and assign a different schedule to each worker. Schedules are configured by day of the week with start and end times.

Does Ficha.Work integrate with other systems?+

Ficha.Work is a standalone platform that includes everything needed for time tracking. Reports can be exported as PDF and automatic email or Google Drive deliveries can be scheduled to integrate with your workflow.

Is there a limit on the number of employees?+

No. You can add as many employees as you need. The price is calculated per active user, so you only pay for workers who actually use the platform.
