Everyone who uses the platform needs an account: workers, managers, and the admin/owner.
The company owner or admin needs their own account to manage the team, even if they don't clock in. Their account is included in the user count.

Are there setup or activation fees?+
No. Signing up is completely free and there are no setup costs.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit and debit cards and SEPA direct debit.
Does the free trial require a credit card?+
No. You can try Ficha.Work for 14 days without entering any payment method.
How does the consultancy plan work?+
Consultancies pay €0.80/user/month with a minimum of 50 users. From a single account they can manage multiple client companies, each with its own configuration for schedules, calendars and employees.
How does billing work if I'm a seasonal business?+
Ficha.Work automatically adapts to seasonal businesses and workers on discontinuous permanent contracts (fijos discontinuos). When a worker ends their period of activity, you pause their account from the dashboard with one click — the system immediately stops billing for them. Their history, clock-ins, vacations and calendars are kept intact for at least 4 years (a legal requirement under RDL 8/2019). When the worker returns, you reactivate them with another click and they recover their full context. Months where your account is active but all workers are paused cost €0. We only bill for active users each month, not for everyone on your roster.
Can I manage multiple locations from a single account?+
Yes. A single company account can include workers from multiple locations — offices, shops, construction sites, centers, etc. Each worker can clock in from the mobile app, the browser, or an NFC base installed at any of your sites, and all clock-ins arrive at the same centralized dashboard. You can mix methods: some workers with NFC at reception, others using the app from their phone. No extra charges for number of locations.
