Time tracking software for businesses

Record your employees' work hours with 100% digital software, compliant with Spanish labor law and ready for the new mandatory digital registration regulation. Clock in from mobile, web, and NFC.

Why do you need time tracking software?

Since May 2019, Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires all companies in Spain to record each employee's work hours. Simply noting entry and exit times on paper isn't enough: records must be kept for 4 years and be available to the Labor Inspection at any time. Penalties for non-compliance range from €751 to €225,018 depending on severity.

With the new mandatory digital time registration regulation on the horizon — requiring electronic systems, individual credentials, and immutable records — choosing reliable time tracking software isn't optional: it's a legal and operational necessity. Good time tracking software automates the process, eliminates manual errors, streamlines team management, and prepares you for any inspection.

Why digital software instead of Excel or paper?

Spreadsheets and paper records have a fundamental problem: they aren't immutable. Anyone can modify an Excel cell or cross out a line in a notebook without leaving a trace. During a labor inspection, you can't prove the records haven't been altered. The new digital regulation explicitly requires records that can't be modified without traceability.

Paper and Excel also waste time. Manually entering data, reviewing clock-ins, calculating overtime, cross-referencing with payroll — all this administrative work disappears with time tracking software that automatically records every clock-in, calculates balances, and generates reports in one click.

Time tracking software also improves the relationship with employees. Workers can check their own records, request corrections if they've made a mistake, and manage their vacations from the app. Everything is transparent and accessible to both sides.
