Clock-ins are recorded in the cloud in real time. If there's a temporary connection issue, the employee can create a correction request to log the correct time.

Does it work on all phones?+
Yes. The app is available for Android (8.0+) and iOS (15.4+). You can also clock in from the web browser without installing anything.
Do I need to install anything on a server?+
No. Ficha.Work runs 100% in the cloud. The app connects directly to our servers. No installations, no maintenance.
Does GPS track the employee all day?+
No. GPS is only activated at the exact moment of clock-in to record the location. There's no continuous tracking or background monitoring.
Can employees see their own records?+
Yes. Each employee can check their clock-in history, hours worked, corrections, and vacation balance from the app.
Does NFC clock-in work with all phones?+
Most Android smartphones manufactured since 2018 and all iPhones from the iPhone 7 onwards include NFC. You can verify compatibility before installing bases.
Can I clock in without opening the app?+
Yes. With Ficha.Work NFC bases, the employee just taps their phone on the base. The clock-in is recorded automatically without opening the app or entering passwords.
